In our cozy restaurant at Haderslevvej 177 in Kolding, we invite our guests every day of the week between 2:00 PM and 9:30 PM for a delicious taste experience with our popular all-you-can-eat (sushi ad libitum) concept.
When you take your seat, there will be a tablet on the table featuring our delicious menu. Via the tablet, you can order the sushi and dishes you want, whenever you like.
When you choose to dine with us, you get the opportunity to try something new or select exactly your favorites. Our professional sushi chefs are ready to prepare your order completely from scratch as soon as you press “send.”

Sussie is back!
Our robot Sussie is looking forward to rolling down to your table and serving your freshly prepared sushi. After our major renovation in May 2020, we decided to purchase Sussie, who now helps our lovely attendants with serving. She has been very well received by you, and therefore, her success continues.

Our History!
We opened our first Running Sushi restaurant back in 2011 in Horsens, and the owner was Tom.
We then opened one in Kolding in 2014, which was known by the name Kolding Sushi Hus. We have renovated our restaurant in Kolding, and as a result, we have also changed the name to Sushi Time. We now offer Sushi Ad Libitum (All You Can Eat Sushi).
In 2015, we opened for the first time in Vejle under the name Vejle Running Sushi.
In 2020, we opened in Vejen, which is now called Vejen Sushihus.
We have many years of experience in making sushi. However, we do not only offer sushi.
We can offer hot dishes, sticks, and several kinds of sushi. And for the children, we offer French fries, chicken nuggets, etc.
We have various kinds of desserts to offer for those with a sweet tooth.
We always strive to ensure the customer receives the best possible service, so that the customer can feel at home in our restaurants.
